Cannot run program "C:\Program": Launching failed

Postby ilan_sw » Fri Jun 07, 2019 8:33 pm

Hello, all.
I've been using Atollic TrueStudio for over a month, smoothly.
After a week of not using it, I'm trying to debug, but I get the following error:

Code: Select all

Error with command: C:\Program Files (x86)\Atollic\TrueSTUDIO for STM32 9.3.0\ARMTools\bin\arm-atollic-eabi-gdb --version
Cannot run program "C:\Program": Launching failed

That is, suddenly the toolchain doesn't recognize spaces in the path anymore.
I have tried:

- Creating a new project
- Creating a new workspace
- Re-installing in the same location
- Re-installing under C:\Programs instead of C:\Program Files (x86). It just creates new problems where it expects to find STM32CubeProgrammer under the old path, for some reason.

How can this be fixed?
