Unknown MCU found on Target despite CubePorgrammer having no problems

Postby fulcrumEFX » Mon May 13, 2019 5:03 pm

Hey,

I have a problem when trying to debug an F103 with ST-Link where every time I get the following Error:
Error in initializing ST-LINK device.
Reason: Unknown MCU found on target.

But when I connect with the CubeProgrammer I can read/write data and it recognizes it as an F103. I tried different boards aswell (Blue and Black Pill with F103C8) but no luck. The weird thing is it worked the first time but since then I can't get Atollic to recognize it.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

EDIT: I tried reinstalling atollic including deleting all settings but still the same :(

Ok I figured it out, turns out my Project was corrupted. I used 4 pin JTAG as debug option and later changed it to serial wire, but somehow it got corrupted. Works now with a new Project from scratch.. Not the ideal solution but oh well
