it pasibble only for SEGGER programmer. At ST-link dont working.

another ID can to doit, for example Keil (with STLINK).

I would like to use this feature too with ST-Link, also Visual GDB supports this. Currently you can use SWO tracing for watching variables or get a cheap J-Link edu mini for that purpose.

Not possible in TrueSTUDIO, it's implemented in STM32CubeIDE though:
