I can not belive it - the issue of Debugging i reported for 9.1.0 is left in 9.2.0 too. Nothing is fixed. In the meantime i had checked the issues and behavior by using a different arm toolchain and Nothing is changed.
As a reverse test to find out the responsibility of the issues, i had configured the TS9.0.1 to use the newer Gnu arm-toolchain who Comes with 9.1 and 9.2. and this works Pretty in 9.0.1. I am now sure that the CDT or other Things in the IDE are responsible that the Debugger stops until the first brekpoint is passed and hang up.
The Debugger is often use is the supported JLINK by using the lates available Driver and support package released by segger.

I am still using the TS 9.0.1 until Atollic fix this issue.

BTW.
The memoy analyzer don't Show me anything - could be a missconfiguration in my Project resposible ?
