Debugger no longer stops at breakpoints

Postby swsolutionsnv » Thu Jun 04, 2020 4:30 pm

Am using True Studio 9.3.0 for a C project targeted on a SMT32L4xx chip

Last week I had to uninstall and reinstall the IDE

Since then the application that was previously being debugged will start with the debugger but not stop at a breakpoint. am having to single step through/over code
I have also noticed that instead of a little blue diamond/dot that indicates the breakpoint, it draws a backslash through the breakpoint symbol. (attached image)
Looking at the Breakpoint properties presents nothing for Actions

I have to step through the code and can no longer select from the debug "menu" the option to move to a line, run to a line, etc.
these options are not disabled, but are not responded to.

My suspicion is that I have affected a setting that affects debugging/breakpoints.
